Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Society Islamabad (FECHS) is one of the oldest registered housing societies of Islamabad having their Head Office at 82- West, Muzzaffar Chambers, Fazal e Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Registered under Cooperative Housing Societies ACT 1925 at Circle Registrar Cooperative Housing Societies, ICT, since 1972 vide registration No 119 and with CDA vide registration No 4107-9-DRR-B.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Having about 35,000 memberships FECHS has developed Sector G-10\/4, Islamabad, Korang Town, Korang Town Extension & Jinnah Garden Phase-I however Jinnah Garden Phase-II is partially developed.<\/p>

FECHS is also in a Joint Venture Agreement with National Assembly Employees Cooperative Housing Society Islamabad (NAECHS) and facilitating their members\/allottees\/residents since 2011.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Managing Committee of FECHS was suspended by the then Registrar, Cooperative Societies Department, ICT Islamabad on 01.06.2021, and the Administrator was appointed to look after the day-to-day matters of FECHS.<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
Elections of FECHS were held on 21.08.2022 and the Management of FECHS take over charge of the society on 07.09.2022 but again Managing Committee of FECHS was suspended by Islamabad High Court, Islamabad in Writ Petition No. 3435\/2022, and the Administrator is restored to look after the day-to-day affairs of FECHS till the decision of the Honorable High Court.<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
